IM stamp

I just feel like I have so many people that say "Oh, sure, I'll chat with you! My name's {blahblahblah} on {etc}!" I add them to my contacts, but I never see them on. It's especially annoying when it's a dA friend who I have long chats with on the comments to stuff. Chats better suited to an IM. (You know who you are) So I had to put my annoyance into stamp form.
